You can behold the moon “up close” through telescopes on the UA Mall, enjoy family-friendly moon activities in the exhibit gallery, and see fascinating moon-related shows in the Eos Planetarium Theater! International Observe the Moon Night organized in collaboration with the UA Lunar & Planetary Lab and the Planetary Science Institute. Free telescope viewing. Free admission to Flandrau. Regular ticket price for planetarium hows. Flandrau is one block from the Sun Link Streetcar’s 2nd Street/Cherry Avenue stop, and plenty of bike racks are available nearby.
