As one of the most biologically diverse regions in the world, our Santa Catalina Mountains are home to incredible flora and fauna. As the seasons shift from a dry, hot summer to the warm, wet monsoon rains, we see a shift in this diversity. This talk will be address how this biological diversity may change over space and time, through exploring moth communities. This is fifth of the five-part Summerhaven Speaker Series, presented by UA Science-Mt. Lemmon SkyCenter, July-November 2018, at the Chuck Bowden Mount Lemmon Community Center (also known as Summerhaven Community Center). The talks are free and open to the public and take place on the last Thursday of every month, July-November 2018.
