Brothers Eric and Mark Erman opened Ermanos (a play on their surname and the Spanish word for brothers) in the historic Tophoy building on Fourth Avenue in 2014. Ermanos Craft Beer & Wine Bar was born from togetherness, and a desire to provide a warm hangout space to imbibe and celebrate beer and wine — arguably the greatest substances the world has ever known. The brothers scour the Earth in search of rare brews and seasonal gems for their rotating tap list, and eclectic wine varietals for all tastes. Food is created from scratch — hand crafted, house fermented, beer-infused, cured, smoked, and brined with love. Eric and Mark’s contribution to the authenticity and history of Tucson’s Historic Fourth Avenue has remained constant, as Ermanos Craft Beer & Wine Bar has grown into a space for innovation, collaboration, and enjoying a pint or a glass with friends both new and old.
